Headbands…Please be reminded that the High School League has a big push on about legal vs illegal uniform attire. Headbands with tails are not permitted to be worn whether or not the tails are tucked in.
Tee Shirts…There have been several questions regarding tee shirts. For the team wearing a white jersey, the only permitted color for the tee shirts is white. For “dark” jerseys, in other words, non-white jerseys, two colors are permitted. Black tee shirts may be worn or a single solid color similar to the torso color of the jersey.
All players who wear a tee shirt must wear the same color.
Ejections…If you have an ejection in your game, the official who ejected the player or coach must file a report with the High School League office in Columbia by 12 noon the next day. There is a link on our website where one can submit the report.
When creating such a report, stick to the facts. Do not offer any opinions about what took place. Please send a copy of the report to Charles Powell and Paul Behr before you submit the report.
