Overall the enforcement for 10-7-12 (hand checking) has been pretty good.  The one area which has been a little weak is ruling a foul when contact on a ball handler occurs due to an extended arm bar.  Remember that such contact is a foul regardless of whether or not it affects the ball handler’s ability to play.
